Kanye West reportedly ‘missing’ as former business partner seeks to serve him with lawsuit

Kanye West has reportedly disappeared, likely intentionally, as his former business partner, Thomas St. John, has been trying to serve West with a $4.5 million lawsuit.

The Sun cited legal documents which reportedly show that John has been trying to serve the lawsuit, which seeks unpaid fees for an 18-month contract with West and his company, Yeezy.

The outlet reported that John hasn’t been able to find an address to deliver the suit to. He has attempted to deliver the lawsuit to three different addresses but had no response. Normally, the lawsuit would then be delivered to the individuals lawyer, but apparently West has none.

John believes West intentionally disappeared in order to avoid receiving the lawsuit.

However, some on social media have suggested that West has continued to appear in church and Kim Kardashian also appeared in an interview last week where she discussed co-parenting with West.

West was previously suspended from Twitter over recent antisemitic remarks, and his Instagram is inactive.
