Nancy Pelosi seen with dozens of unmasked donors at fundraiser luncheon

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was seen addressing dozens of unmasked Democrat donors at a lavish luncheon in California.

Photos and videos of the fundraiser were posted by Democrat-donor and local Napa Valley winemaker Kathryn Walt Hall. According to reports, the event was the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) fundraiser. In the videos, the only individuals wearing masks are the servers, not the guests, nor Pelosi as she addressed her donors.

Hall’s content quickly gained online traction after being shared by the likes of Donald Trump Jr. and conservative influencer Benny Johnson. Critics slammed Pelosi for contradicting her own COVID-19 policies, from wearing a mask to avoiding large gatherings.

California Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said, “Speaker Pelosi wants to lock you down again while she wines and dines with her political donors. It’s utter hypocrisy.” Although California is experiencing a spike in cases due to the delta variant, the Democrat hosts nor attendees felt the scientific pressure to abide by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

This is not the first time Pelosi has been called out for violating her own mask mandates. Other Democrat lawmakers made similar hiccups, including Senator Dianne Feinstein and Representative Rashida Tlaib. These are the same lawmakers supporting COVID-19 policies for the American people, however, they evidently fail to comply with their own rules.
