The Supreme Court has just finished throwing out the last of the objections out of Arizona to Biden’s presidency.
The goal of those in Arizona sending the objections was to prove that the Biden Administration illegitimately won the state by confirming that some ballots were foul, but the Supreme Court denied the request without comment. Staci Burk, a citizen in Arizona, posed the question to the court of whether she was eligible to even present claims of foul play in the election since she was not registered to vote in the 2020 election. This was one of the last requests tossed by the Supreme Court. Due to that lack of standing granted by the Supreme Court, the Arizona Supreme Court has dismissed her.
Burk claims her registration to vote was illegally cancelled. “She admits that she was well aware before the election that she would not be able to vote in the general election,” the Chief Justice wrote. “There is nothing before the court to indicate that (Burk) timely contacted the appropriate authorities to correct any problems with her voter registration.” In terms of Burk’s claims about the 2020 election, she has tried to prove the incompetence of voting machines being behind Biden’s victory, as well as claiming to see ballots flown to a different county.
