Fox News says claims about Biden planning to cut 90% of meat from American diets were false

A Fox News personality retracted statements addressing Biden’s climate plan, as they were inaccurate.

Fox News’ John Roberts corrected himself on Monday about his earlier reports showing that Biden planned to cut 90% of red meat from American diets. “That is not the case,” Roberts clarified in regard to the inaccurate earlier report. It turns out the misconception all started with a study from the University of Michigan about red meat reduction helping the environment being mixed in with Biden’s plan to reduce greenhouse gases. The study had absolutely nothing to do with Biden, but was associated with him by mistakes in a news source The Daily Mail.

Fear of stories like the meat reduction coverage shattering the integrity of Fox News is held in Juan Williams, a co-host of The Five. He has voiced his concern about his network covering stories that have too many holes in them, such as the allegations against John Kerry due to the odds of the allegations being true or provable. “On this story, I think it’s important that you notice that people like Lindsey Graham, you know, strong Republican voice out of South Carolina, says he doesn’t know whether or not we can trust this so-called tape,” Williams explained. “The State Department saying that the timeline is way off.”
